Pre-Inspection
Your home will undergo a 52-point home inspection before being listed. Once defects have been found, we will address each issue prior to going LIVE on the MLS.
Pre-Appraisal
Your home will receive a Broker Price Opinion from your agent, also called a CMA and also a full Appraisal by a licensed Appraiser. This helps ensure the home will appraise when listed and will allow us to list as a non-negotiable sales price.
Warranty
Once repairs are completed and invoices are submitted to the home warranty company, the home can also have a warranty to ensure that the issues that have been repaired are warranties. This gives the buyer peace of mind.
Staging
Once the home is ready to list we will have a staging consult completed to ensure the property is showtime ready!
